Question: Describe about the Business Plan for Strong Public Research. Answer: Vision: Currently the company Wow! Momo has more than 61 stores across Pune, Chennai, Kochi, Kolkata and Digha. The company is targeting to open 100 stores in next two years. Mission: Presently Wow! Momo is considered as the largest momo supply chain in India. We mainly serve 11 different types of momo (DeYoung Baas, 2012). Ranges of our products vary from Rs. 75 to Rs. 100. Most of the customers of the company are North Indian food lovers. The company provides both online and offline service to customers. Goals: In the year of 2015, the turnover of the company is Rs. 40 crore (Mullins, 2012). This figure is going to increase vastly in this year. In the year 2017, the company is targeting to achieve the turnover of Rs. 100 crore. Strategies: In order achieve the targeted turnover rate; the company is going to adopt two strategies. They are such as: Increase the product line Increase the online selling Action Plans: Action plan to improve product line The company can increase the types of beverages along with their main product momo. They can add different types of coffee and tea products, milk shakes, juices and soft drinks with the main course and develop different types of meals at different ranges. Action plan to increase online selling The have to develop their website properly. They have to make it more users friendly. It will help customer to easily navigate the website and give order.
